The ironic is, that CCP is tired about BM's but allow spamming form BookMarkKing e.g. at the highway round Yulai-Amarr without taking any action :(

Instead of changing the insta-bookmarks they should clean up space first to see if the lag is gone. And make a solution to peneliaze the spammers
